I revere learning because it is a fundamental inspiration. It isn't just something that has to do with duty; it is born into us. The will to learn, the desire to learn, is one of the greatest of inspirations. -- Luis I. Kahn

One fun-to-work-on project, we made last month. TV Advertisement for czech beans-and-rice brand Lagris. Instead of simulating something in 3d, We decided to shoot explosion of food in Slowmotion (1100fps) and then added some other -- 3d elements in PP.

Rice TVC (original edit)

Beans TVC (original edit)

  • Client: Lagris
  • Agency: Fabrika / Loosers Prague
  • Creative Director: Iva Bizova
  • Art Director: Helena Sidova, Pavel Bures
  • Production: Liv Ducci Motion
  • Camera: Phantom HD (1200fps-1500fps)

.

  • Direction, AD 3D: Pavel Roder
  • Foodstylist: Dana Perinova
  • Pyrotechnics: Air
  • Sound: Escon Waldez (Biotech)
  • Camera: Lukas
  • Online: (PPP)
  • Production: Zdenka Levkova (LD)

Shooting took a bit longer time because … arranging of each food took aprox. 30 minutes, then quick explosion and then again and again…

Hey! Perfect. Looks great. I dont like the czech claim (just my feeling) but the idea and motiondesign works very well.
